Burgum Community Service Award Banquet.  The purpose of this award is to show appreciation or recognition to a person who has rendered outstanding service to the community.  It is based on work “above and beyond” the call of duty to business, community and family.

The CBA is now accepting nominations. Please download and complete the nomination form and email or mail it to the address listed on the form.  The deadline for nominations is March 9, 2012.
