Online Payments

The option to pay your utility bill, traffic citation and parking ticket online are all available, but on separate links as shown using the buttons below.

For utility bill payments you will need to become a registered user; after that, payments are 3 easy steps.  You can also find your balance due, print receipts, view your electronic payment history and more online.  Paying traffic citations and parking tickets can be done without registering, using one-time payments.

*A $1.10 convenience fee is charged for electronic checking/savings payments; 3.00%
(+$0.50 if payment is less than $100) is applied to all credit/debit card payments

We use Payment Service Network to process our payments. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.


AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

By downloading the Auto-Pay Form and returning the completed form to the Casselton City Auditor you can authorize the City to automatically withdraw the balance of your utility bill from your checking or savings account at no extra charge. The funds are taken out on the 10th of every month or as shown on the bill and you will still receive a utility bill in the mail to show usage and the amount to be withdrawn. Automatic Payment forms must be received by the city office by the 28th of the month to apply to the current scheduled bill.
