On June 3, 2019 the Casselton City Council approved Casselton 2045, the 2018 Comprehensive Plan for the city. The plan was created as a long range planning document to address and guide future development, planning activities and municipal infrastructure improvements. The plan includes a community profile, future land use plan and a transportation framework.
