Online Payments
The online Utility Bill Pay option requires a one-time account setup. Please register with your 5-digit utility bill account number found on your mailed statement.

You will be able to find your Balance, Print Receipts, View History, and more.
Paying Traffic Citations or Parking Tickets can be done without registering,
using one-time payments.
A $1.10 convenience fee is charged for electronic checking or savings payments.
A 3.00% charge (+$0.50 if payment is less than $100) is applied to all credit or debit card payments.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT
By downloading the Auto-Pay Form and returning the completed form to the Casselton City Auditor you can authorize the City to automatically withdraw the balance of your utility bill from your checking or savings account at no extra charge. The funds are taken out on the 10th of every month or as shown on the bill and you will still receive a utility bill in the mail to show usage and the amount to be withdrawn. Automatic Payment forms must be received by the city office by the 28th of the month to apply to the current scheduled bill.
Please do not set up auto-pay online if you are choosing the ACH option.

Pay by cash, check or credit/debit card in our office at 702 1st St N, Casselton, ND 58012. We also have a drop box in the door for after-hours payments.
